Because of the incredible detail and investment we make in each individual piece as a new business, we do not have a refund policy and exchanges are only granted in instances of incredible circumstances and if we still have the product in stock. We are a business that prides ourselves on communication and understand that life happens, however because of the limited stock we carry, refunds are a unmanageable ask for us and would stray from our sustainable goals of minimal waste.
